Connecting a tape
deck, VCR, etc.

To enhance your system, you can connect
optional components. Analog sound from the
connected component is recorded as an
analog signal on the MD.

Refer to the operating instructions of each

component.

Connecting the audio cords (not
supplied)

When using audio cords (not supplied) to
connect other AV components to the system,
make sure to insert the plugs firmly, pushing
them in all the way. No sound wiD be
produced if the plugs are not inserted
securely.

Connecting the optional
TC-PX100 tape deck

CD Synchro Recording and Timer Recording
are possible when the TAPE CONTROL jacks
are connected.
Refer to the operating instructions included
with the TC-PXlOO tape deck for details.

Tip

The (?) and (BI markings of the TAPE IN/OUT jacks
guide you to connect the optional TC-PXlOO tape
deck.
