Connecting a Bigital Video Camera Recorder

You can connect a digital video camera recorder to the i.LINK’^*^
(IEEE1394) connector on the docking station. See "Connecting the
Docking Station" on page 49.

docking station and the DV In/Out connector on the digital video
camera recorder.

Do not connect mae than one digital video camera at a time. The software supplied with
your confer will not recognize multiple cameras.

The i.LiNK connector on the docking stabon does not supply power to eicternal dewes. If
the external device requires power from the ¡.LINK connector, you cannot use the device
with the docking station.

The docking station supports transfer rates up to 200 Mbps; however, the actual transfer

rate is the lowest transfer rate of the external device. ■ ~

The i.LlNK features available may vary based on the software applicatjons you use. See the
documentation that came with your software for more information.
