Playing the CD
tracks in random
order
— Shuffle Play
You can play all the tracks on one CD or all
CDs in random order.

Press FUNCTION repeatedly until
"CD" appears in the display, then
place a CD.
Press SHUFFLE repeatedly until
"SHUFFLE" appears in the display,
then select "1 DISC" or
"ALL DISCS".
"ALL DISCS" shuffles all the CDs in the
system. "1 DISC" shuffles only one CD.
When you want to specify the disc
for 1 DISC Shuffle Play, turn
SELECTOR until the desired disc
number or Disc Memo (see page 32)
appears.

Press ENTER or CD t> DO.
"tj" appears and then all the tracks pla;
in random order.
To cancel Shuffle Play
Press CONTINUE.
Tips
• You can start Shuffle Play by pressing SHUFFLE
while playing.
• To skip a track, press
• You can specify another disc during 1 DISC
Muffle Play.
Turn SELECTOR to specify the next disc. After al
the tracks on the current disc are played in
random order, the rrext disc starts playing. To ski
to the next disc right away, press ENTER while
playing the current disc.
You cannot specify flie next disc to play during
ALL DISCS Shuffle Play.
Note
Even if you press ■ or turn off the power during
ALL DISCS Muffle Play, the system remembers
which discs/tracks were play^ and which were
not. Therefore, if you want to start ALL DISCS
Shuffle Play again from the beginning, be sure to
repeat the procedure from step 1.
