Set Do Not Disturb (DND)

This feature will ensure your phone does not ring when incoming calls are received. The caller will get
the Busy tone or be passed to Voicemail.

1. Click

.

2. Select

Do Not Disturb

tab.

3. Select Do Not Disturb option (click in box).

4. Click OK or press Enter.

5. The title bar of Phone Manager Pro indicates that DND is set.

To cancel

1. Click

.

2. Select

Do Not Disturb

tab.

3. Remove the check from the Do Not Disturb option (click in box).

4. Click OK or press Enter.

5. The DND indicator in the title bar of Phone Manager Pro is removed.

Set a Do Not Disturb Exception Number

You may be expecting an important call and wish to ensure that the call is answered even when you
have Do Not Disturb set. This incoming number can be entered as a Do Not Disturb Exception.

1. Click

2. Select the

Do Not Disturb

tab.

3. Type the extension number in the DND Exception Number box (the variables "N" or "x" can also

be used - N = any number of digits, eg. 01923699N and x = one digit, eg. 22x).

4. Click the Add icon.

5. The number will appear in the DND Exception List.

6. Click OK

Remove a Do Not Disturb Exception

1. Click

2. Select the Do Not Disturb tab.

3. Select the number to be removed from the DND Exception List.

4. Click the Remove button.

5. Click OK
