Mounting

Genius mount is more versatile than the traditional

strapping the camera to a tree. The Genius mount is

easy to attach to a tree and the camera can be quickly

attached and removed without altering the camera

aim and alignment. You can strap or screw the

Genius mount to a tree.

Setup

For best image quality, proper camera setup is im-

On level ground your camera

should be roughly waist high

and aimed parallel to the ground.

In a downhill situation,

make sure your camera

aims downhill parallel to the

ground. If you simply attach it to

the tree you’ll shoot right over the deer.

In a uphill situation, aim

the camera uphill, parallel to

the ground. Failure to do so will

result in images of the hillside ground.

Position your cameras about 3 feet off the ground
