Last calibration date (<CD>) and number of calibrations (<NOC>) are updated whenever WZERO, WVAL, WSPAN, or REZERO

Number of weighments (<NOW> command) is incremented whenever the scale weight exceeds 10% of scale capacity. Scale
must return to gross or net zero before the value can be incremented again.
