F3.1 PARITY

Select the type of parity desired from the three options: No parity(nP), Parity

Even(PE), or Parity Odd(Po.)

Options: nP, PE, Po

F3.2 PARITY, BITS per CHARACTER, and STOP BITS

Select the needed parity, number of bits per character, and the number of

STOP bits from the options below. The leftmost character is the parity (n

or P), the middle character is the number of bits (7 or 8) and the rightmost

character is the number of stop bits (1 or 2). If parity is selected, the type

of parity, even or odd, used is via the ‘F3.1 PARITY’ selection above. An

‘nP’ selection in F3.1 above will override the ‘P’ selection in this section.

Options: n7.1, n7.2, P7.1, P7.2, n8.1, n8.2, P8.1, P8.2

F3.3 DELAY AFTER CARRIAGE RETURN

The amount of delay after a carriage return or line feed is transmitted, in

seconds.

Options: 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.5

NEGATIVE PRINT ENABLE

Disable the printing of negative weights.

Enable printing of negative weights (Non HB44.)

F3.5 CHECKSUM TRANSMIT ENABLE

No checksum transmitted.

Checksum is transmitted, prior to CR-LF, as the 2’s complement of previously

sent characters.

F3.6 CTS ENABLE

Ignore CTS input line.

Use the CTS input line to control character transmission. If CTS is false,

do not transmit.
