Do not carry batteries in pockets containing
metal objects such as coins, keys, etc. Metal
objects can cause the batteries to short
circuit and become very hot.
Toxic Material
The image intensifier’s phosphor screen contains
toxic materials.
•
If an image intensifier breaks, be extremely
careful to avoid inhaling the phosphor screen
material. Do not allow the material to come
in contact with the mouth or open wounds on
the skin.
•
If the phosphor screen material contacts your
skin, wash it off immediately with soap and
water.
• If you inhale/swallow any phosphor screen
material, drink a lot of water, induce vomiting,
and seek medical attention as soon as
possible.
The compass illuminator can be seen by other
night vision users.
