Setting Day/Night Mode
You may wish to use the unit as a telephone and facsimile during the business hours and switch to
the answering device during off hours.
With this feature on, the unit automatically switches from TEUFAX mode (Day mode) to ANS/FAX
mode (Night mode) at a preprogrammed time without the operator’s assistance.

Press the PROGRAM button.
The display shows ‘‘P- ”.
Press #, then press 18.
The display shows “P-F18 2”.
Press 1 to turn on the Day/Night Mode.
Setting selections are:
1: ON (activate this feature)
2: OFF (deactivate this feature)
Press the SET button.
The display shows P-F18 12-00’
Enter the time at which the TEUFAX mode (Day mode)
starts.
Example: The TEUFAX mode start time is 8:00AM.
Press 08 and 00.
AM or PM is alternately selected by pressing-)f.
The display shows P-F18 08-00”.
Press the SET button.
The display shows P-Fl 8 12-00”.
