Connect the OUT Jack on your cable box to the IN FROM
ANT. terminal on the VCR with an RF cable.

Connect the OUT TO TV terminal on the rear of VCR to the ANT.

IN terminal on TV using the RF Cable (included accessory).

How to do Initial Setup

Press VCR* button for VCR

mode. Turn the TV on and set it

to channel 3.

Turn VCR on.
When VCR is turned on the first

time, SELECT LANGUAGE screen

appears.

APP. VCR/TV : FRANÇAIS

TO CHANGE VCR' S OUTPUT

CH. PRESS ACTION KEY.

Press CHA to select English,

or

Press CHT to select Spanish,

or

Press VCR/TV key to select French.

When one of above keys is pressed,

SELECT CONNECTION screen is

displayed in the selected language.

• If screen does not appear, check

connection between VCR and TV

and, if TV is tuned to channel 3, try
switching it to channel 4.

• When you want to change the output

channel of VCR, please refer to VCR’s
Output Channel on page 13.

• If wrong language is set, do “Reset All

VCR Memory Functions” steps on
page 9.

BOXP-VCR^TV" connection and

When using “Nut type" RF coaxial cables, tighten with fingers
only. Overtightening may damage terminals.
