•While the Menu is displayed, recording is not

possible.

•The selections made on the Menu screen will be

maintained even when the Movie Camera is turned
off.

• It is possible to display the Menu on the TV screen.

(For the connection to a TV set, see page 8.)

•When the S-VHS mode is selected, the

Indication is displayed in the Viewfinder.

(However, when a normal VHS-C video cassette is
inserted in the Movie Camera, the “0” Indication
does not appear, because recording in the S-VHS
mode is not possible on a normal VHS-C video
cassette.)

SNAPSHOT

Press while in the
Recording Pause Mode.

•Since the still picture is recorded from the image

memory, the picture quality may be slightly Inferior

to that of normally recorded pictures.

•To prevent picture distortion, do not move or shake

the Movie Camera during still picture recording.

•While the Digital Wipe Function or the Digital Mix

Function is activated, this function cannot be

operated.

•If the Viewfinder has been turned off by the Auto

Power Save Function, the Snapshot Function

cannot be activated.
