Setting the FAX mode ring count
This feature determines the number of rings after which the unit answers a caii in the FAX mode.
You can choose from 2 to 9 rings.
Heipfui hints:
•To answer a caii before the unit does, increase the number of rings, if you answer from an extension phone
on the same iine, see page 44.
• if you have difficuity in receiving faxes from machines that have an automatic transmission feature, decrease
the number of rings.
