Meat of Irregular shape and large, fatty
cuts of meat should have the narrow or
fatty areas shielded with foil at the begin­
ning of a defrost cycie.

Remove thawed portions with

fork. Turn over. Return remain­
der to oven.

Do not defrost iess than 'U lb.
Freeze in doughnut shape.

Separate and rearrange.

Do not defrost less than two 4 oz patties.
Depress center when freezing.

Round Steak

Turn over. Cover warm areas
with aluminum foil.

Place on a microwavable roasting rack.
