Troubleshooting in Microsoft Windows NT
This section applies to applications such as Arcada Backup Exec for NT,
SQLServer for NT, and NT Backup running under Windows NT and contains
information on:
■ Using the System Event Log to investigate errors
■ Verifying that the appropriate software drivers have been installed
Using the System Event Log
On detecting an error, the software driver will:
■ Report the error to the System Event Log
■ Display a Stop message
