6.5 Measuring C/D ratio
The cup-to-disc ratio of the optic nerve papillary area from the image can be measured. Two methods are
available: finding the area ratio and finding line ratio.
Note: Photography is not possible on the C/D Ratio screen.
6.5.1 Displaying the C/D ratio enlarge screen
1 Select the image.
Click the thumbnail image.
2 Open the C/D Ratio screen.
Click the C/D Ratio icon on the main screen.
3 Enlarge the image.
Move the mouse to the center of the optic nerve papillary area with the enlargement cursor displayed,
and then click.
The image is enlarged with the clicked location as the center.
To move the image area, use the Hand icon or scroll bar.

Button and display item Description
[Area Ratio] Check this item to select the area ratio drawing mode.
[Line Ratio] Check this item to select the line ratio drawing mode.
Line Ratio combo box
Check this item to select a line drawn in a line ratio. Select Vertical
Line or Optional.
[Disc] Press this button to perform the disc drawing.
Disc color label
Click this item to display the color setting screen.
The line color of the disc drawing can be set.
[Reset] for Disc Press this button to reset the disc drawing.
[Cup]
Click this item to display the color setting screen.
The line color of the cup drawing can be set.
