. If Off, the modem router does not assign IP addresses to PCs on the LAN. If

On, the modem router does assign IP addresses to computers on the LAN.

IP Subnet Mask

. The subnet mask associated with the LAN IP address.

Modem Settings

ADSL Firmware Version

. The model of the hardware and the currently running firmware

version.

Modem Status

. The status of the modem connection on the DSL line.

Downstream Connection Speed

. The connection speed of the ADSL connection from the

phone company to your Router.

Upstream Connection Speed

. The connection speed of the ADSL connection from your

Router to the phone company.

VPI

. The VPI setting.

VCI

. The VCI setting.

Name (SSID)

. The Wi-Fi network name (service set ID) for the wireless network.

Region

. The country where the unit is set up for use.

Channel

. The current channel, which determines the operating frequency.

Mode

. The current Mbps setting.

Wireless AP

. Indicates if the access point feature is enabled. If disabled, the Wireless LED

on the front panel is off.

Broadcast Name

. Indicates if the modem router is configured to broadcast its SSID.
