Notes regarding the knob and the motor speed
Turning the knob to the left reduces the motor speed, turning the knob to the right increases the motor
speed.
A high motor speed reduces the lifetime of diaphragms and valves.
Pumping at high motor speed increases the pumping speed of the pump. Ensure sufficient cooling
of the pump!
Pumping at low motor speed increases the ultimate vacuum of the pump and also the lifetime of
diaphragms and valves.
