Solving Common Problems

One of the applications

is not responding.

Press

and hold it down until the

shutdown menu appears, then select
Turn off. Turn the unit on again to

reset it.

Impossible to calibrate

the touchscreen via the

calibration application

in System Settings.

Screen calibration is

very poor.

Press

and hold it down until

the shutdown menu appears,

then select Turn off.

Turn on the unit.

Connect an external keyboard to

your unit.

While the system is displaying the

boot menu (3 seconds), press the

ARROW DOWN key on the

keyboard to select the emergency

system tools operation mode.

Press ENTER on your keyboard to

confirm your choice.

Press

to start the

screen calibration.

Unit’s operating time is

reduced.

Battery was not fully

charged.

Charge the battery.

Battery is probably

worn out.

Replace the battery.

Batteries are not

charging.

Ambient temperature

is too high or too low.

Ensure that the temperature in the

location where you charge the

batteries is within the specifications.

AC adapter/charger is

not connected

properly.

Ensure that the adapter/charger is

connected both to your unit and the

power outlet.
