Select Air
Upright Mode
The Upright Mode increases system pressure to compensate for the upright
patient.
Note: When the patient is sitting up in bed, additional system pressure
is required to keep the patient properly supported.
Before raising the patient to a sitting position, activate the Upright Mode
by pressing the "Upright On/Off" button once (Ensure the Upright light
illuminates), (fig. 14).
To deactivate the Upright Mode, first lower the patient to a lying position.
