If "Optimize for QVGA" is selected, only one diagnostic message will be
displayed at a time.

INFORMATION
If "Optimize for QVGA" and "EnableTicker" are selected, the fol-
lowing data - time stamp, DID, scope, device, Equip-ID, location
description and address - will be shown in ticker format in the
current diagnostic log entry, if there is insufficient space to dis-
play the data.
