Seat fore-and-aft adjustment
X Lift handle : and slide the seat forwards
or rearwards.
X Release lever : again.
Make sure that you hear the seat engage in
position.
Backrest angle
X Relieve the pressure on the backrest.
X Turn handwheel ? forwards or backwards.

X Pull handle = upwards or push it down
repeatedly until the seat has reached the
desired height.

Adjust the angle so that your thighs are lightly
