Syntax Checklist

Make sure this record begins with an open brace ({).

Make sure the first parameter (batch header) begins
with B.

Make sure the number in the first parameter matches
the number of the format you are using.

If you assign a name to the batch, make sure the name
begins with a semi-colon (;).

If you choose auto-naming (the printer assigns a batch
name), make sure there are no characters or spaces
between the semi-colon (;) and the record separator (

).

Make sure this record ends with a record separator (

).

Entering Print Data for Fields

Enter the data to print in each field after the batch header
record as shown.
