DESCRIPTION: The MCG-2 holds 10 pages of text. This command
copies any one page to the screen. The contents of the pages in memory
are unaffected.
If the character size for the page is larger than size 1 vert., 1 horz., only
a portion of the page may be displayed. (See the C
