PURPOSE: Reads one line from the MCG-2 memory.

1 = line number 1 through 9

DESCRIPTION: This command reads any line in the MCG-2 memory,
given the page and line number. Results are in ASCII. However, if a
character is displayed in bold (meaning B

flashing, the corresponding ANSI.SYS codes will also be sent.

Codes are defined as follows:
