Recommendation

- do not use the attachment for preparing dough with contents of margarine or kneading

dough.

- Use ingredients at room temperature when mixing. In case the mixing is not optimal, add

a little bit of lemon juice or salt. Cool down whipped cream and cream at least to 6 °C.

- Make sure that the attachment and container are dry and without residues of oil before

mixing egg-white (at least 1 pc.). egg-whites should have room temperature.

- Times of preparation (processing) depend on amount, kind and quality of substances

used, normally they are in tens of seconds (approx. 60 – 180 sec.).

Assembling

Put the centre opening of selected grater on the propulsion shaft

A6. Always put two-sided

graters with the side you want to use facing upwards. Remove the grater reversely.

Recommendation

- When processing big amounts of ingredients, check if they do not pile under the disc.

empty the container more frequently.

- Chop big pieces beforehand so that they fit the feeding opening.

- Always push the ingredients down the feeding opening with a pusher which should be

moved slowly and without big pressure downwards.

- In case the ingredients are to be grated coarse (e.g. breadcrumbs), use the falcate knife

for finer grinding.

- When grating or granulating soft ingredients use low speed in order that the ingredients

do not turn into mash.

- for ingredients which you usually grate (hard cheese, nuts, chocolate), use the falcate

knife f which is intended also for chopping (grinding).

- Times of preparation (processing) depend on amount, kind and quality of substances

used, normally they are in tens of seconds.
