PRO LIFT-N-TURN™ SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

As with any mechanical system, the Pro Lift-N-Turn™ system needs to be used and
maintained properly. With only a few moving parts, this is a simple task.

In a safe level location, fully lower the decks to the ground, shut the tractor
engine off, and set the parking brake.

With the lock rope released, all three latch

plates should lay flat against the wing frames.

Check each of the three latch plates and

make sure they do not bind when the lock
release rope is pulled or released.

Ensure that the latch plate, cables and

springs are in good condition.

Check to see if the center lock swivel is

free to rotate without binding and returns to a
neutral position so that the cables have slack

when the latch plates are lying flat against the
wing frame.

If any binding or damage is found, repair

the issue before using the Pro Lift-N-Turn™
system.

It is advisable to instruct all Operators to check
the operation of the Pro Lift-N-Turn™ system
prior to the start of each shift. Operators should
be advised that upon arriving at the work site
and lowering the decks, the Operator should
ensure that each latch plate is in the fully
lowered (flat) position before starting to mow.

Each latch plate should lay flat against the

wing frame when released. Ensure the center

lock swivel is free to rotate.

A deck latch plate correctly positioned during Pro

Lift-N-Turn™ operation.
