3.5.6. Reminder
You can use this function to set alarms that are independent from the application’s
other functions. For, example, you can set the instrument to remind you of something
important every 5 minutes.

To set the Reminder:
1. Press

Suunto in the main display to access the function menu.

2. In the function menu, scroll to

Reminder with the arrow buttons and press Suunto.

3. Scroll to

Int and press Suunto. The minute selection is activated.

4. Set the minutes (0-59) with the arrow buttons and press

Suunto. The second

selection is activated.

5. Set the seconds (0-59) with the arrow buttons and press

Suunto. The Start key is

activated.

NOTE: The minimum reminder time is 5 seconds. However, with times that are over
a minute long, you can set fewer seconds if you wish.

NOTE: If the function is already active, Stop is activated instead.
6. Press

Suunto, and the text Reminder started is displayed on the screen. You then

return to the Function menu.

Note: If the function is already active, the text “Reminder already started” is displayed
on the screen, and you return to the previous menu with Stop in reversed color.

To stop the Reminder:
1. Press

Suunto in the main display to access the function menu.

2. In the function menu, scroll to

Reminder with the arrow buttons and press Suunto.

3. If the function is active,

Stop is already shown on the screen in reversed color.

Just press

Suunto, and the text Reminder stopped is displayed on the screen.

You then return to the Function menu.
