Plan ID: The recharge/charge plan ID
Name: The recharge/charge plan name
Type: Only same type’s subscribers will allow using this
recharge or charge plan.
Extend Days: Extend expiration days of the recharge plan
Added Point: Add subscriber point of the recharge plan
Profit Rate: It is used for service charge plan type. The
deduct point multiple the profit rate will be pay back to
reseller
Deducted Point: The deduct point of the plan
Modifier: The modifier
Modified Time: The modified time of the plan
