III. Open the DVRViewer.exe for loading the archived EDR MPEG Files (.arv)
Detailed explanation of DVRViewer is as follows:
1. Load File: load an archived EDR MPEG File (.arv).
2. Stop: stop playback.
3. Play: play video.
4. <<Step: move the paused image one step backward.
5. Pause: pause playing.
6. Step>>: move the paused image one step forward.
7. Capture: save the current image as “.jpg” file.
8. Save to Avi: save the archived EDR MPEG File as “.AVI” file.
