Set up the CO
2
tank:
NOTE
A full CO
2
tank can be dangerous if it is dropped or mishandled. Handle with care
and keep the tank lid in place until the tank is properly secured in the
merchandiser.
a. Place the power switch in the OFF position.
b. Install a full CO
2
tank on the merchandiser as shown. Secure the CO
2
tank with the retaining chain. (Note the various retaining chain configura-
tions.)
c. Remove the CO
2
tank lid. Briefly open and close the CO
2
cylinder valve
to blow out any foreign matter.
d. Locate the CO
2
regulator and flat plastic washer (in a box), and the
tapered plastic washer (in plastic bag).
e. Connect the CO
2
hose from the secondary regulator tee fitting to the reg-
ulator. Firmly tighten the fitting.
