7.1.4. Display Submenu
Use the Display submenu options to set the attributes for the video output. Select
SettingsDisplay and then press ENTER to open the window, as shown below.

7.1.4.1. Display Type
Use the Display Type options to set the format of the video output. Select
SettingsDisplayDisplay Type, and use the arrow buttons and then press
ENTER to select either option.

Press Enter to open the Display Type pop-up menu with the following options:
Option How it Works
NTSC Sets the composite video output be NTSC format.
PAL
Sets the composite video output to PAL format when the Digital Video
Resolution is set to a value other than Auto.
This setting will revert to NTSC if the HDMI preferred format is set to Auto.
Note: Display Type will default to NTSC format if the Digital Video Resolution (see
Section
7.1.4.3 ) is set to Auto.
