Cannot connect

Earbuds (L) and (R) are not connecting properly.

Put the earbuds back into the charging case and then take them out again.
The earbuds turn on and both earbuds automatically connect after the earbud indicators light up for one
second. If successfully connected, you will hear a sound effect.

The product is not pairing correctly.

If the information for this product still remains in the list of connected devices on your Bluetooth device,
delete that information and try pairing again.

The Bluetooth device may already be connected to a different device.

Try disconnecting from the Bluetooth device, and then connect with this product.

Bluetooth may be deactivated on the Bluetooth device.

Turn Bluetooth on, and then connect with this product.

The information for a Bluetooth device that was registered on this product was deleted.

If you pair a device beyond the maximum number of pairable Bluetooth devices, the information for
device you first paired (the oldest pairing) is deleted. Pair this product once more.

This product and your Bluetooth device may be too far apart.

Move this product closer to the Bluetooth device.

A device that emits electromagnetic waves (such as a microwave oven, Wi-Fi access point and so
on) might be nearby.

Do not use this product near other devices that emit electromagnetic waves.

You may be using an unsupported Bluetooth device.

This product cannot be paired with devices that require a passkey when pairing, as this feature is
unsupported.
