What to Do

Power supply is not connected.
The drawer is not properly closed.
Lock feature is on.

START/PAUSE button not pressed.

Connect the power supply.
Ensure the drawer is firmly closed.
Turn the Lock off. Hold down the LOCK button until the

Scrape all food scaps off dinnerware prior to loading.

Use recommended brands of dishwasher detergent.

detergent manufacturer’s instructions.

installation.

Ensure there is enough salt in the water softener and

you may need to increase the water softener setting if
the problem persists.
