3. VERTICAL SCAN MODE
3.1 Operational Overview
The figure below shows the typical vertical scan mode operating sequence.

2. Lower the transducer.
9. Adjust gain.

8. Set tilt angle.

4. Select appropriate
vertical scan mode.
10. Measure range and
bearing to target with cursor.
11. Adjust menu settings
(ex. TVG) as required.
