5) Adjust the document guides to the document width, then straighten
the documents. And, ajust the position of document stopper to the
document size (length).
If the documents are placed loosely between the left and right guides,
they may be read diagonally.
6) Specify a copy count using the Function button.
7) Adjust the copy density using the copy density dial, as required.
8) Switch the reading mode by pressing the Duplex button.
When the Function No. display panel is ON, the single -side reading
mode is active.
When the Function No. display panel blinks, the double -sided reading
mode is active.
9) Press the Send to button on the scanner.
The set documents are read and output from the printer.

Press the Send to button to start the application software. The
Ι
mark is displayed until the application starts.
If the application software does not start and the Function No.
display panel displays the Function No. again, copy processing is
canceled.
10) After finishing reading, remove the documents from the Document
cover.
