1 MB of Flash memory and a download EPROM

128KB SRAM (with battery backup)

Status LEDs for FAIL, STAT, RUN, SCON, LAN, RPWR, SCSI, VME, TPWR and VSB

8K by 8 RAM and time of day clock with battery backup
