“OHP Inter-
leaving”
functions
cannot be
specified. If two or more copies
are specified, if the
paper source is set
to the 1st through
4th paper drawers,
or if double-sided
printing, booklet
printing, distribution
number printing,
reprinting, stapling or
hole punching are
specified, the “OHP
Interleaving” func-
tion cannot be
selected. Check if multiple
copies or the
paper source are
selected, if the
“Booklet Creation”
setting or the “Dis-
tribution #” or
“OHP Interleav-
ing” function is
selected, and if
reprinting, sta-
pling or hole
punching are
selected.
If booklet binding is
selected, the “Cover
Mode” function can-
not be selected. Check if the “Book-
let Creation” set-
ting is selected.
32 The size of
the inter-
leaves or
cover pages
is not the
same. The paper drawer for
the interleaves or
cover pages is not
specified. Specify the paper
drawer loaded with
paper for the inter-
leaves and cover
pages with the
same orientation
and size as the
document.
33 Distribution
numbering
cannot be
specified. If sorting is not spec-
ified, distribution
numbering cannot
be selected. Check that sorting
is selected.
34 Distribution
numbering is
not per-
formed as
specified. After specifying the
distribution number,
sorting was can-
celled. Check that sorting
is specified.
Depending on the
selected settings,
not all distribution
number may be
printed. When the “Distribution #”
function was specified,
sorting was specified.
However, if sorting was
later cancelled, the “Dis-
tribution #” function will
also be cancelled.
35 The print
result is dif-
ferent from
the pre-
viewed
image. Paper with the cor-
rect size and orienta-
tion is not loaded. Check the speci-
fied paper size and
orientation in the
application and
printe’s Properties
dialog box. Since the paper size and
orientation settings speci-
fied in the application
have priority over the set-
tings in the printer’s Prop-
erties dialog box, the print
result may be different
from the previewed
image.
