Graphics Overlaying the Video
The DCT3080 can generate graphics that overlay the video programming
or fill the entire television screen. Common examples include on-screen
menus (such as the User Setting menu), closed captions, and EPG. The
DCT3080 overlays these graphics whenever the subscriber opens a
menu, enables closed captions, or scrolls through a program grid.
