12 If you want the transmission to begin immediately every time you press the
key, press
ENTER and skip to step 15.
If you want to delay the transmission, press COM - OPTIONS , ENTER .
13 Next, tell your fax to carry out this delayed command one of these ways:
Option 1: Perform the command once at a certain time on a certain day of
the month. (For example, “Do this at 5:05
PM on the 30th.”)
To select this option, use the numeric keypad to enter the date
and time when the fax should perform the command:
Option 2: Perform the command at a certain time each day you press the
key. (For example, “Do this at 5:05
PM today.”)
To select this option, use the numeric keypad to enter 0, 0 and
then the time when the fax should perform the command:

15 The LCD asks if you want to program additional settings for this programma-
ble one-touch number:
If you do not want to program additional settings, press ENTER . Then skip to
step 31.
If you do want to program additional settings, press /
PROGRAM and ENTER .
16 The LCD asks which resolution you want when using this programmable one-
touch number.
17 Press / PROGRAM until the mode you want appears.
Note: For any of the following settings, choosing “---” tells the machine to
use its default setting for this one-touch key.
18 Press ENTER . The LCD asks which contrast mode you want when using this
programmable one-touch number.
19 Press / PROGRAM until the mode you want appears.
20 Press ENTER . The LCD asks if you want the confirmation stamp on or off when
using this programmable one-touch number.
21 Press / PROGRAM until the mode you want appears.
22 Press ENTER . The LCD asks if you want the memory transmission on or off
when using this programmable one-touch number.
23 Press / PROGRAM until the mode you want appears.
24 Press ENTER . The LCD asks which confirmation report you want to receive
each time you use this programmable one-touch number.
25 Press / PROGRAM until the mode you want appears.
26 Press ENTER . The LCD asks if you want to send a cover page each time you use
this programmable one-touch number.
27 Press / PROGRAM until the mode you want appears.
28 Press ENTER . The LCD asks if you want the Copy & Fax feature on or off each
time you use this programmable one-touch number.
29 Press / PROGRAM until the mode you want appears.
30 Press ENTER .
