Enter a profile name and click “OK.”

Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each profile to be created.

Select the profiles you want to edit from the “User” list, and
create data such as a company phone list.
Transferring a created profile

Place on the cradle a CLIE handheld for which a User ID is
not yet specified.

Press the HotSync button on the cradle.
The “Users” dialog box appears.

Click “Profiles.”
The “Profiles” dialog box appears.

Select the profile you want to transfer to the CLIE handheld,
and click “OK.”

Click “Yes.”
The selected profile will be sent to the CLIE handheld.
Next time you perform a HotSync operation, the Palm Desktop for
Sony software shows a dialog box where you can specify a user name
for this CLIE handheld.
