Tap “Details.”
The “Address Entry Details” dialog box appears.

Tap “Delete.”
The “Delete Address” dialog box appears.

Tap “OK.”
The record you selected is deleted.
If you check “Save archive copy on PC,” the deleted data from your
CLIE handheld is saved to the Palm Desktop for Sony software during
the next HotSync operation.
