The Camcorder: Preparation
Setting the Power Switch
✤ Use the Power Switch to select the working mode
of the device.
1. OFF mode: Turn the device off. To recharge
the Battery Pack attached, connect the AC
Power Adapter and cables while the Power
Switch is set to OFF.
2. REC mode: Record onto a cassette
tape
3. PLAY mode: Play and edit the
recorded cassette tape
4. (CAMERA) mode: Switches to
Digital Still Camera mode. Set the
Camera Mode Dial to desired mode
and you can take still images and
save images on a memory card.
✤ Switching to (CAMERA) mode by setting the Power Switch will
activate the Digital Still Camera Lens to pop out. Do not obstruct
the lens when it is moving, as it may damage the mechanism.

Selección del interruptor de encendido
✤ Utilice el interruptor de encendido para seleccionar
el Modo de trabajo del dispositivo.
1. Modo OFF: Apaga el dispositivo. Para
recargar la batería acoplada, conecte el
adaptador de CA y los cables con el
interruptor de encendido en la posición
OFF.
2. Modo REC: Graba en una cinta de
casete.
3. Modo PLAY: Reproduce y edita la cinta
grabada.
4. Modo (CÁMARA): Cambia al modo
de Cámara fotográfica. Ajuste el Dial de
modo de cámara al modo deseado y
podrá tomar fotografías y guardar
imágenes en una tarjeta de memoria.
✤ Cambiar al Modo de (CÁMARA) adaptando el interruptor de
encendido activará el objetivo de la cámara fotográfica digital. No
obstruya el objetivo cuando se mueva, ya que podría dañar el
mecanismo.
