The Camcorder: Advanced Recording
Applying Digital Special Effects to Your Recording (DSE)
✤ The Digital Special Effect function works only in REC mode.
✤ You can select various special effects using the Digital Special
Effects menu.
✤ Digital effects enable you to give a more creative look to your
recordings. Select the appropriate digital effect for the type of
picture that you wish to record and the effect you wish to create.
✤ Available Digital Special Effects:
a. ART
Artistic effects on your video.
b. MOSAIC
A Mosaic overlay appears on your video
c. SEPIA
Changes the colors to sepia tones, creating
the look of old film
d. NEGA
Reverses the colors, creating the look of a
negative
e. MIRROR
This mode cuts the picture in half, using a
Mirror effect
f. BLK&WHT
This mode changes the images into
Black and White.
g. EMBOSS
Embossing effect
h. CINEMA
Cuts the top and bottom off to create a
widescreen ratio
i. MAKE-UP
This mode allows the image to be appear
either Red, Green, Blue or Yellow in color.

✤ La función Efectos especiales digitales sólo funciona en la
modalidad REC.
✤ Puede seleccionar diversos efectos especiales utilizando el menú
Digital Special Effects <Efectos especiales digitales>.
✤ Los efectos digitales permiten dar un aspecto más creativo a las
grabaciones. Seleccione el efecto digital que necesite para el tipo
de imagen que desee grabar y el efecto que desee crear.
✤ Los Efectos especiales digitales son:
a. ART <ARTE>
Efectos artísticos en el vídeo.
b. MOSAIC <MOSAICO>
A En el vídeo aparece una presentación en
mosaico.
c. SEPIA
Cambia los colores a tonos sepia, creando
un aspecto de película antigua.
d. NEGA <NEGATIVO>
Invierte los colores, creando el aspecto de
un negativo.
e. MIRROR <ESPEJO>
Esta modalidad divide la imagen en dos,
empleando un efecto de espejo.
f. BLK&WHT <B&N>
Esta modalidad cambia la imagen a blanco y
negro.
g. EMBOSS <RELIEVE>
Efecto relieve
h. CINEMA <CINE>
Corta la parte superior e inferior para crear
una relación de altura / anchura panorámica.
i. MAKE-UP <COMP. COLOR>
Esta modalidad permite que aparezca la
imagen con los colores rojo, verde, azul o
amarillo.
