Network access calls/providers
To benefit from cheaper call charges, you can change to
different providers to make specific calls. Some providers
require prior registration. You can create a list of various
providers and their prefix numbers in the base station tele-
phone for this purpose.
Entering a provider
You can set up a list of provider prefixes that you frequently
use.
™ The display shows the available providers.
9 Open the supplementary menu.
< 1HZHQWU\ = Enter the name and prefix (max. 16 digits) of the provider,
see page 171.
Displaying/deleting entries
™ The display shows a list of available providers.
< Provider 9 Select the required entry and open the supplementary
menu.
< 'LVSOD\HQWU\ = The display contains all information about the entry.
or
< 'HOHWHHQWU\ = The entry is deleted.
# and $ The phone is in standby.
Selecting a provider from the list
™ Open the provider menu.
< Provider 9 Select the required entry.
'LVSOD\1XPEHUÖ = The prefix number appears on the display.
P or - Enter the called party‘s call number, or select it from the
telephone directory. The two call numbers are linked
together.
# Lift the handset, the call number is dialled.
® If you are operating your phone at a telephone sys-
tem: don‘t forget to add the prefix number(s) (see
also page 136).
