Installing the Auto Document Feeder (ADF)

Open the document cover, and
then pull it up to remove it.

Insert the pins on the ADF into
the holes at the rear of the
machine.

Close the ADF lid.
Adjusting the image position
If the print image is not straight when the ADF is used to scan a document,
use the following procedure to adjust the image position.

Press .

Press a scroll button until “1. Common Setup” appears
on the display.

Press a scroll button until “Adj. ADF Edge” appears on the display.
