3. 1 Operator Call Errors
3. 1. 1 Paper jam
When a paper jam occurred, any of the following messages will be displayed.
• Paper jam in paper the Roll Deck. Set the roll paper correctly.
• Paper jam in the bypass feeder. Remove the paper.
• Paper jam in internal area. Open the cover, and remove the paper.
• Paper jam in exit area. Open the cover, and remove the paper.
• Original Jam. Open the cover, and remove the original.
3. 1. 1. 1 Paper jam in the Roll Deck. Set the roll paper correctly.
“Paper jam in the Roll Deck” is displayed when the roll paper is mis-fed in the Roll Deck.
1. Open the Roll Deck, and then rewind the roll paper.
