Wireless Telephone
Overview
The SpectraLink 8020/8030 Wireless Telephones is a Wi-Fi handset
for workplace telephone systems. By seamlessly integrating with the
facility’s telephone system, wireless telephone users are provided
with high-quality mobile voice communications throughout the
workplace, giving users the freedom to roam throughout the
workplace while providing the features and functionality of a wired
desk phone.
The handsets will only work when they are within range of the
wireless access points at your facility; they are not cellular or satellite
phones.
Install and charge the Battery Pack before using the SpectraLink
8020/8030 Wireless Telephone. See the Battery Packs section
below and Chapter 5 Charger Options.
