This option applies only to the UPC and EAN bar codes.
If you choose to print the extended characters (number system
digit and check digit), do not locate the bar code within 0.15 inch
of another field or the edge of the tag. Without extended
characters, this restriction is 0.10 inch.
Below are examples of printing human readable characters.

A prompt field lets you enter a message to tell the operator what
kind of data to enter for the field. For more information about
