Storing a telephone number in the One-Touch Dial
and JOG DIAL directory from the Caller ID list

4 a: To store in the One-Touch Dial memory:
For stations 1–5, press one of the One-Touch
Dial keys.

For stations 6–10, press , then press
one of the One-Touch Dial keys.

● A new entry will overwrite any previous
information.
● If you are using One-Touch Dial key 1 as the
BROADCAST key (see page 66), One-Touch
Dial key 1 cannot be used for this feature.
● When storing, you can only store a name up
to 10 characters long. To edit the name and
number, see the instructions on pages 38
and 39.
