BATTERY HANDLING INFORMATION

DOs
• Use only manufacturer-approved batteries and

chargers for their intended purpose.

• Try to keep batteries in temperatures between 41ºF

(5ºC ) and 95ºF (35ºC).

• If batteries are stored in temperatures above or

below the recommended range, allow warm-up or
cool-down time before using.

• Recharge phone batteries when completely drained,

which can take approximately one to four days of
usage.

• Store discharged batteries in a cool, dark, dry place.

• Purchase a new battery when operating time

gradually decreases after being fully charged.

• Properly dispose of batteries according to local laws.

• Keep disposed batteries away from fire.

DON’Ts
• Do not attempt to disassemble the battery – it is

sealed with no serviceable parts.

• Carrying batteries in your purse or pocket with other

metallic objects such as coins, clips and pens may
accidentally short circuit or critically damage the
battery.

• Don’t leave batteries in hot/cold temperatures. This

could significantly reduce the battery's lifetime and
capacity.
